true if the system should convert any matching unmanaged customizations into your managed solution; otherwise, false.

This parameter is provided so that a system that is upgraded from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and contains unmanaged customizations that should be part of a managed solution being installed.

This scenario applies to ISVs who created solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and want to use managed solutions after their customers upgrade.
