The number of deleted audit partitions or records.

The returned value depends on whether the version of Microsoft SQL Server that is used by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 server supports database partitions. If it does, the number of deleted partitions is returned. Otherwise, the number of deleted Audit records is returned.
