Example:
"FREQ=WEEKLY;BYDAY=MO;INTERVAL=60";

Where:
BYDAY means which day = MO,TU,TH
INTERVAL is an integer value
FREQ="DAILY","WEEKLY"

This is similar to the Recurrence pattern in asynchronous job execution.
