ResolveComReference.ExecuteAsTool Property
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Property to allow multitargeting of ResolveComReferences: If true, tlbimp.exe and aximp.exe from the appropriate target framework will be run out-of-proc to generate the necessary wrapper assemblies.
