Payment Journal Line Table

Specifies each journal line that is related to a payment journal. A journal line contains all the information needed for payment of an outstanding entry.

You can process invoices and credit memos in a payment journal, both in local currency and foreign currency.

There are three levels of journal items: Payment Journal Template, Paym. Journal Batch, and journal lines. You can use different journals that are suited to different tasks and you can have several journals of the same type. For example, every employee can have a journal.

When you choose a journal, the most recently used journal batch name will be displayed. If you want to use another journal batch name, choose the Journal Batch Name field. The EB Payment Journal Batches window will open and you can choose from the existing batch names or create new ones.

To see the list of fields in this table, change to the Classic view. Choose the Choose View button in the upper-right corner, and then choose Classic.
