7/8/2014
Review the Sysprep documentation in the Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) technical documentation library.
You can use the Sysprep tool together with other deployment tools to install a Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) OS onto new hardware. Sysprep prepares a computer for disk imaging or delivery to a customer by configuring the computer to create a new computer security identifier (SID) when the computer is restarted. In addition, Sysprep cleans up user-specific and computer-specific settings and data that must not be copied to a destination computer.
