Review the applicable Feature modules and any examples for the EnableVolumeControlWhileLocked setting in Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8).
This setting specifies whether volume controls are available when the device is locked.
Set to true to enable the user to change the volume when the device is locked; otherwise, set to false. The default value is true.
