Standard 8 Tools Overview (Standard 8)

Review the tools available in the Windows Embedded 8 Standard Toolkit (Standard 8 Toolkit).

The Windows Embedded 8 Standard Toolkit (Standard 8 Toolkit) consists of a number of tools specific to creating, customizing, deploying and maintaining Windows Embedded 8 Standard (Standard 8) images and custom modules, as well as some tools that address more general Windows PE 4.0 and Windows 8 needs. Understanding what tools are available and what they can be used for is a key part of making the best use of the Standard 8 Toolkit.
