Retrieves the extended field ID representation.

Normal field ID to be included in the extended representation.
- _tableId
Type: TableId Extended Data Type
field ID to be included in the extended representation; optional.
Return Value
Type: FieldId Extended Data Type
The extended field ID.
Remarks
Extended field ID contains the table ID in the upper bits.
If no table ID is given the field is considered as being from SalesTable.
