Web Service Methods

This section contains descriptions of the web service methods available in Windows Server Essentials.

A web service method returns a standard HTTP status code and the response body. The response can be returned either in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) syntax or XML syntax. The format of the response body is specified by the caller in the Accept header field of the HTTP request.
