The content has stopped moving and there is no active manipulation.

MS_MANIPULATION_STATE_ACTIVE

A contact is touching the surface and interacting with content.

MS_MANIPULATION_STATE_INERTIA

The content is still moving, but contact with the surface has ended (finger, pen, mouse lifted).

MS_MANIPULATION_STATE_PRESELECT

A contact has initiated a cross-slide interaction.

Supported on Windows 8.1 and later.

MS_MANIPULATION_STATE_SELECTING

A cross-slide interaction has crossed the selection distance threshold; selection is activated.

Supported on Windows 8.1 and later.

MS_MANIPULATION_STATE_DRAGGING

A cross-slide interaction has crossed the drag distance threshold; dragging is activated.
