Balanced Data Distributor (BDD) Transformation

The Balanced Data Distributor (BDD) transformation takes a single input and distributes the incoming rows to one or more outputs uniformly using multithreading. The transformation takes advantage of the concurrent processing capability of modern CPUs. The best of use of the transformation is in a data flow that contains slow transformations.
