Initializes physical or financial accounts for the ProdIndirectTrans record by delegating to the InventCostJournalIndirectCost.initPhysicalAccounts or InventCostJournalIndirectCost.initFinancialAccounts methods.

Creates physical or financial postings by using the _ledgerVoucher parameter.
