Removes a label that is applied to an item.

Parameters
- labelName
- Type: System::String
The name of the label being removed
- labelScope
- Type: System::String
The repository path denoting the scope at which the label is defined
- itemSpecs
- Type: array<Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client::ItemSpec>
An array of items to remove from the label
- version
- Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client::VersionSpec
The version of the specified items to remove -- typically the label's LabelVersionSpec
- failureFilter
- Type: System::Predicate<Failure>
- filteredFailures
- Type: array<Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client::Failure>%
