How to: Import Post Codes
You can import a file that specifies post codes for marketing and relationship management activities. The post code data that you import will be saved in the Post Code Range table.
To import a post code file
In the Search box, enter Post Code Updates, and then choose the related link.
In the Post Code Updates window, on the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Import Post Codes.
Specify the path and name of the post code file, and then choose the OK button. If you do not want to import the file, choose the Cancel button to close the window.
Information about the imported post code will be saved in the Post Code Update Log Entry table.
