How to: Print RG 23 D Reports

You can use the RG 23 D report to view details for purchase and sales transactions that are related to the trading of excisable goods.

To print the RG 23 D report

1. In the Search box, enter RG 23 D, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Options FastTab, fill in the fields as described in the following table.

   Field	Description
   E.C.C. No.	Specifies the excise control code.
   Starting Date	Specifies the starting date for the report.
   Ending Date	Specifies the ending date for the report.
   Item	Specifies the item number for which the report is to be printed. If an item number is not selected, the report will include all items that are relevant to the E.C.C. number.

3. Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
