G/L Book - Print Report
Shows all posted general ledger entries for any period within a same fiscal year.
Every year the Italian tax authorities require Italian companies to print fiscal reports listing all of the posted ledger entries. Each printed page must have its own progressive number and the reports must show the printing date and the relevant company information.
Note
Ledger entries belonging to two different fiscal years cannot be printed on the same report.
Options

Report Type |
Enter the type of report to be printed. The options include Test Print, Final Print, or Reprint. |
Starting Date |
Enter the first date in the period from which posted entries will be shown. |
Ending Date |
Enter the last date in the period from which posted entries will be shown. |
From Progressive No. |
Specifies the progressive number for the report. |
Print Company Information |
Select to print company information on the report. |
Name |
Enter the company name. |
Address |
Enter the address of the company. |
Post Code City County |
Enter the post code, city and county of the company. |
Register Company No. |
Enter the company registration code obtained from the Chamber of Commerce Register subscription. |
VAT Registration No. |
Enter the VAT registration number of the company. |
Fiscal Code |
Enter the fiscal identification code that is assigned by the government to interact with state and public offices and tax authorities. |
Last Printed G/L Book Page |
Specifies the last printed page of the general ledger book. |
When you have printed this report with the Report Type field set to Final Print or Reprint, you must update the Last Printed G/L Book Page field in the General Ledger Setup window. For more information, see How to: Print and Reprint G/L Books and VAT Registers.
