Specifies the name, address, and contact information of company officials. This information is printed on company reports.
If the company official is listed as an employee in the Employee Card window, the official’s name, job title, address, and contact information can be carried over by selecting the official’s employee identification number in the Employee No. field.
If you update information about a company official in the Employee Card window, related information in the Company Officials window is automatically updated.
