Aged Accounts Receivable Report

Shows the aged remaining balances for each customer. Customer transactions are listed by date or due date.

Options

Field Description

Aged as of

Enter, in MMDDYY format, the date that aging is based on. Transactions posted after this date will not be used in this report. The default is the current date.

Aged by

Select Due Date to age by due date, which is the number of days that the transaction is overdue. Amounts not yet due are current. Select Trans Date to age documents by the transaction date, which is the number of days since the transaction posting date. Select Document Date to age documents by the document date, which is the number of days since the document date.

Length of Aging Periods

Enter the length of each of the aging periods. For example, enter 30D to base aging on 30 day intervals.

Show If Overdue By

Specifies the length of the period that you would like to use for the overdue balance.

Show All for Overdue Customer

Select to show the open customer ledger entries that are overdue. These entries will be calculated based on the period in the Show if Overdue By field. If Show All for Overdue by Customer field is selected, you need to enter a date in the Aged by field and a date in the Show if Overdue By field in order to show overdue customer ledger entries.

Print Amounts in Customer's Currency

Select to print amounts in the customer's currency. Clear this field to print all amounts in dollars.

Print Detail

Select to include individual transactions. Clear this field to include only totals for customers.

Print to Excel

Select if you want to export the data to an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis or formatting before printing.
