2.2.11 DHCP Failover Option 40 (0x28) – Client Matched Policy Option
The Client Matched Policy option is used to convey the policy name of the policy configured on the DHCP server that determined the ClientIpAddress in the lease update that is being synchronized with the partner server.

OptionCode (2 bytes): This field MUST be set to 40 (0x28).
OptionLength (2 bytes): The unsigned length, in bytes, of the option, excluding the OptionCode and OptionLength fields.
OptionValue (variable): This field contains the binary data representing the Unicode string containing the policy name associated with the client with the terminating NULL character.
