This section describes the properties associates with various Document Object Model (DOM) objects and methods.

addedNodes	Retrieves an array of nodes that were added. The array may be empty.
appCodeName	Retrieves the code name.
appMinorVersion	Retrieves the application's minor version value.
appName	Retrieves the name of the client.
appVersion	Retrieves the platform and version of the application.
areas	Retrieves a collection of the area objects defined for the given map object.
attributeName	Retrieves the name of the attribute that was added, removed, or changed (or null otherwise).
attributeNamespace	Retrieves the namespace of the attribute that was added, removed, or changed (or null otherwise).
blockFormats	Retrieves a collection of strings that specify the names of the available block format tags.
bookmarks	Returns a collection of Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) bookmarks tied to the rows affected by the current event.
childNodes	Retrieves a collection of HTML Elements and TextNode objects that are direct descendants of the specified object.
closed	Retrieves whether the referenced window is closed.
code	Sets or retrieves a number indicating the type of exception that occurred.
compositionEndOffset	Returns the ending offset (character position) of the composition relative to the target if a composition is occurring, or zero if there is no composition in progress.
compositionStartOffset	Returns the starting offset (character position) of the composition relative to the target if a composition is occurring, or zero if there is no composition in progress.
constructor	Returns a reference to the constructor of an object.
cookieEnabled	Retrieves whether client-side persistent cookies are enabled. Persistent cookies are those that are stored on the client-side computer.
cpuClass	Retrieves a string denoting the CPU class.
data	Gets the data of a processing instruction.
dataset	Get custom data values defined using the "data-" prefix on an element with the dataset property.
defaultStatus	Sets or retrieves the default message displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
description	Describes the current object.
dialogArguments	Gets the variable or array of variables passed into the modal dialog window.
dialogHeight	Sets or gets the height of the modal dialog window.
dialogLeft	Sets or gets the left coordinate of the modal dialog window.
dialogTop	Sets or gets the top coordinate of the modal dialog window.
dialogWidth	Sets or gets the width of the modal dialog window.
doNotTrack	Returns a String indicating whether the user set a preference not to be tracked .
enabledPlugin	References the plugin instance of the associated add-on.
entities	Returns a null value.
expando	Sets or retrieves a value indicating whether arbitrary variables can be created within the object.
filename	The name of the file which implements a plugin.
files	Retrieves the local image files associated with a HTML paste operation (into an editable region of a web page).
firstChild	Gets a reference to the first child in the childNodes collection of the object.
fonts	Retrieves a collection of all the system-supported fonts.
fullscreenElement	Returns the current full-screen element. If there's more than one element in the full-screen mode element stack, then this property returns the top element.
fullscreenEnabled	Returns true if an element is in full-screen mode; otherwise returns false.
hardwareConcurrency	Returns the number of logical processors available to the browser.
hash	Sets or retrieves the subsection of the href property that follows the number sign (#).
host	Sets or retrieves the hostname and port number of the location or URL.
hostname	Sets or retrieves the host name part of the location or URL.
href	Sets or retrieves the entire URL as a string.
inputEncoding	Gets the character encoding that is used for the text that is loaded into the document object.
internalSubset	Returns a null value.
isSecureContext	Returns true or false indicating whether or not the current context is secure.
language	Returns the language associate with a plugin.
lastChild	Gets a reference to the last child in the childNodes collection of an object.
length	Retrieves the number of elements in the History list.
length (pluginArray, MimeTypeArray)	Returns the number of items in a plugin, pluginArray or MimeTypeArray.
locationbar	Used to determine if the location bar is visible to the user.
localName	Retrieves the local name of the fully qualified XML declaration for a node.
menubar	Used to determine if the menu bar is visible to the user.
message	Retrieves a string that describes the error that occurred.
mimeTypes	The collection of mimeTypes associated with enabled add-ons in the registry.
msIsMetaReferrerAvailable	Indicates if <meta name="referrer"> support is available.
name	Gets the name of the root element of a document type.
name (DOMError)	Returns a DOMString value an error that occurred during a DOM operation.
name (Plugin, PluginArray)	Returns the product name for a plugin's file.
namespaceURI	Retrieves the namespace Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the fully qualified XML declaration for a node.
nextSibling	Retrieves a reference to the next child of the parent for the object.
nodeName	Gets the name of a particular type of node.
nodeType	Retrieves the type of the requested node.
nodeValue	Gets or sets the value of a node.
notations	Returns a null value.
oldValue	Retrieves the previous value of the attribute or characterData that was mutated (or null otherwise)..
orientation	Returns a numeric value representing the orientation of the device.
origin	Returns the URL underlying the current webpage, including protocol scheme, domain, and port number (if any).
ownerDocument	Retrieves the document object associated with the node.
ownerElement	Retrieves the element that owns the attribute.
parent	Retrieves the parent of the window in the object hierarchy.
parentNode	Retrieves the parent object in the document hierarchy.
personalbar	Used to determine if the personal bar is visible to the user.
platform	Retrieves the name of the user's operating system.
plugins	Provides information about registered plug-ins.
pointerLockElement	Retrieves the target element for mouse events under pointer lock state.
port	Sets or retrieves the port number associated with a URL.
prefix	Retrieves the local name of the fully qualified XML declaration for a node.

product	Returns the product token associated with a user-agent.

vendor	Returns the publisher associated with a plugin, if any.
version	Returns the version number of a plugin, if available.
viewId	Gets the ID for the window that’s associated with the MSAppView object.
visible	Represents the visibility of the associated user interface component.
wholeText	Retrieves the text of the current object.
xmlEncoding	Gets a value that represents the character encoding that is specified in the declaration of an XML document.
xmlStandalone	Gets or sets the value of the standalone attribute in the declaration of an XML document.
xmlVersion	Gets or sets the version attribute that is specified in the declaration of an XML document.
