TOwner: Owning type.

name: Type: System::String
Name of the property.

defaultValue: Type: System::Guid
Default value of the property.

The changed function.

validator: Type: Microsoft.Internal.VisualStudio.PlatformUI::GelPropertyValidatorCallback
The validator function.

The registered property.
