Select User Dialog Box (Monitoring)

Use this dialog box to configure the identity under which the AppFabric Event Collection service (a Windows service) runs. By default, the service runs under the Local Service identity, but you can change the identity in this dialog box.

Built-in account

Click to select an existing account. By default, includes Local System, NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM, NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE, or NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE.

Custom account

Click to specify a custom account, by clicking Browse to select the account. The User name and Password text boxes are filled in from the Select User dialog box.

Browse

Click to display the Select User dialog box that you use to select an account for the AppFabric Event Collection service.
