EdmValidator.Validate Method (IEdmModel, Version, IEnumerable<EdmError>%)

Validates the IEdmModel and all of its properties given certain version.

Parameters

  • version
    Type: System.Version
    The version of EDM to validate against.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
True if model is valid, otherwise false.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEdmModel. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
