Makes sure the T:System.Byte[] value being set for a property is valid.

value
Type: System.Byte[]

The value passed into the property setter.

isNullable

Flag indicating if this property is allowed to be null.

The name of the property that is being validated.

The Byte value being validated.

ConstraintException

If value is null for a non nullable value.
