Observable.RefCount(Of TSource) Method

Returns an observable sequence that stays connected to the source as long as there is at least one subscription to the observable sequence.

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IConnectableObservable(Of TSource). When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
