Edit job list (form) [AX 2012]

Click Production control > Periodic > Manufacturing execution > Edit job list. Select a production unit or resource group, and then depending on what you select, click either Open production unit or Open resource group
Use this form to:

Change the resource that is assigned to a job.

Reprioritize jobs in a job list.

Set jobs to high priority in a job list.

| The buttons available in the form may vary, depending on how you access the form. The form can be opened on a Microsoft Dynamics AX client, or on a Manufacturing execution registration client located on the shop floor. |
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Move up | Move selected jobs up in the job list. |
| Move down | Move selected jobs down in the job list. |
| Move to line | Move selected jobs to a specific line in the job list. |
| Reset sequence | Cancel the changes made in the job list. |
| Submit sequence | Update the changes in the job list. |
| Change assigned resource | Assign a different resource to the selected jobs. |
| Make high priority | Define the selected jobs as high priority jobs. |
| Remove high priority | Delete high priority mark on the selected jobs. |
| Capacity load | View information about the capacity load for the resource assigned to the selected job. |
| Graphical capacity load | View information about the capacity load in a graphic for the resource assigned to the selected job. |
| Capacity reservations | View capacity reservations for the resource that is allocated to the selected job. |
| Route transactions | View transaction details such as transaction dates, feedback, ledger postings, and the cost of the route that the selected job is a part of. |
| Materials | View the list of materials for the production order related to the selected job. |
| Operation | View information about the operation that the selected job is part of. |
| Production order | View details about the production order associated with the selected job. |
| Route | View information about all operations in the route that the selected job is part of. You can also view information about resource requirements and job feedback. |
| Log out | Log out on a Manufacturing execution registration client. |
| Field | Description |

| Select | Select the job by selecting this check box. |
| High priority | If a symbol is displayed in this field, the job is marked as a high priority job. |
| Sequence | Number of the job in the job list. |
| Production order | Production order number. |
| Item number | Item number. |
| Operation | Description of the operation. |
| Job type | The job type of the production job, for example, Setup or Process. |
| Quantity requested | Number of items planned for the operation. |
| Good quantity | Number of good items produced. |
| Bad quantity | Number of scrapped items produced. |
| Job status | The status of the production job, for example, In progress or Stopped. |
