Set up alert for batch job (form) [AX 2012]

Click System administration > Inquiries > Batch jobs > Batch jobs. Click Alerts.

Use this form to set up an alert for a specific batch job.
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
| Field | Description |

| Send email alerts for job status changes | Select the change in job status that you want to be notified of. You can receive a notification when the job status is changed to Ended, Error, or Canceled. |
| Other alerts | Select the type of notification that you want to receive. The notification can be a pop-up window or an e-mail message. These options vary, depending on the notification settings in the Options form. (Click System administration > Common > Users > Users. Click Options, and then click Notifications.) |
