Cost Budget Register Table

Specifies a cost budget register that is created every time that a cost budget is created and allocated. The cost budget entries can come from a transfer from the general ledger budget, a cost budget allocation, and from manually created cost budgets. Every register shows the first and last entry numbers of its entries.
