Retrieves the current clock in time for the specified worker

The ID of the worker to retrieve the clock in time for.
Return Value
Type: JmgSeconds Extended Data Type
The current clock in time for the specified worker.
Remarks
If the worker is not currently clocked in, 0 is returned.
