CEIPEnabled indicates whether the Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) is enabled.

Specifies that Windows CEIP is chosen during Windows Welcome. If the user decides to skip Windows Welcome during installation, CEIP will be opted out. The user receives no further notifications. |
