3.2.4.46 Application Requests Number of Opens on a Tree Connect

The client MUST query the total number of opens on Client.TreeConnect by looking up the Client.Connection.OpenTable where Client.Open.TreeConnect matches the application-supplied Client.TreeConnect, and return the matching count to the calling application.
