Troubleshoot Send to Mobile
If you are having problems with the Send to Mobile feature, do the following:

Make sure that Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 is installed on your computer.

If you install Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 after installing MapPoint, please uninstall MapPoint and then reinstall it.

Confirm that you have a valid e-mail account.

Confirm that your computer is connected to the Internet.

Make sure that your carrier’s e-mail address and phone number are correct.

If you are trying to send a message to a phone using a European carrier, you may need to enable that phone to receive e-mail messages by sending a special code to the carrier. Also, you may need to add a zero before the phone number when sending the message. For assistance with this process, contact your mobile device carrier.

Restart your computer.

Restart MapPoint.
