2.2.3.9.2 Message/Partial

The "message/partial" content type is not supported. MIME readers MUST NOT reassemble the individual messages of a "message/partial" message into a single message. MIME readers SHOULD<199> additionally reject messages that contain MIME entities with a Content-Type header of "message/partial". This is to prevent virus scanning from being defeated by splitting up attachment content.
