Add a new custom mobile carrier
When filling out the Send to Mobile Setup dialog box for the first time, you may need to add a carrier if your carrier does not appear in the Select your mobile device carrier list.
To add a new custom mobile carrier

In the Send to Mobile Setup dialog box, click Add carrier.
The Add a New Mobile Carrier dialog box appears.

In the Carrier name box, type the name of your carrier.

In the Carrier e-mail address box, type the e-mail address for your carrier; for example, type test.com.

In the Maximum text message length box, type the maximum number of characters that your carrier allows in a text message.
Note If you don’t know the number of characters allowed in a text message, contact your carrier for that information.

After you finish making your changes, click Save.
To see the new carrier that you've added, in the Send to Mobile Setup dialog, click Custom in the Country list. The new carrier appears in the Select your mobile device carrier box.
