AutoFilter Menu Overview

The AutoFilter menu enables you to sort and filter data in the PowerPivot window. To access this menu, in the heading of the column on which you want to filter or sort, click the down arrow.

To filter by one or more columns, select specific columns from a field list, or specify criteria in the Custom Filter Dialog Box. Filters are additive, which means that each additional filter is based on the current filter and further reduces the subset of data. For more information, see Filter Data in a Table.
