[This topic is pre-release documentation and is subject to change in future releases.]

A transformation mapping represents the mapping in a data map between the transformation of the source attribute and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM entity attribute. The schema name for this entity is TransformationMapping. To view the entity metadata for your organization, install the Metadata Browser solution described in Browse the metadata for your organization. You can also view the metadata for an uncustomized organization in the Excel file called EntityMetadata.xlsx included in the top-level folder of the SDK download.

noteNote
Cascading rules are applied between this entity and the transformation parameter mapping entity. For example, if you delete the transformation mapping record, the transformation parameter mapping record is also deleted. For more information, see Entity relationship behavior.
