CopyItems method (IEnumerable(ItemId), FolderId, Boolean)

ExchangeService.CopyItems method (IEnumerable<ItemId>, FolderId, Boolean)

Copies multiple items in a single call to Exchange Web Services (EWS).

This method was introduced in the Exchange Web Services (EWS) Managed API 1.2.

public ServiceResponseCollection<MoveCopyItemResponse> CopyItems(
	IEnumerable<ItemId> itemIds,
	FolderId destinationFolderId,
	bool returnNewItemIds
)

Parameters

itemIds
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<ItemId>

The IDs of the items to be copied.

destinationFolderId
Type: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.FolderId

The ID of the folder to which the specified items are to be copied.

returnNewItemIds
Type: System.Boolean

true to return new item identifiers for the copied items; otherwise, false to return the original item identifiers.

Return value

Type: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceResponseCollection<MoveCopyItemResponse>
A collection of copy results for each of the specified item IDs.

Calling this method results in a call to Exchange Web Service (EWS).
