Latency Registry Setting (Compact 7)

The following features use the latency registry key:
- Always-Up-To-Date sync (notification/SMS-activated sync).
- The feature to sync outgoing items as they are sent.
When one of these features is activated, a sync event is scheduled for a specified amount of time after the activation. This registry key determines the delay interval.
The HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\AirSync\Settings registry key contains the parameters for setting notification and sync of outgoing item time periods.
