domComplete property

The domComplete property must return the time immediately before the user agent sets the current document readiness to complete.

An Integer value that represents the time when the DOM is initialized or 0 if the document cannot be loaded.

Remarks

The value of the domComplete property is controlled by the readyState property of the document object associated with the window object. The value of the domComplete property is updated when the readyState property is set to complete. If the document cannot be loaded, the value of the domComplete property is available after the onload event has finished executing.

The value reported by the domComplete property represents the number of milliseconds between the recorded time and midnight January 1, 1970 (UTC).
