Note  The ISVGAnimatedPreserveAspectRatio::animVal property is available but not supported in Internet Explorer 9.
 

ISVGAnimatedPreserveAspectRatio::baseVal

Read/write

Gets or sets the base value of the given attribute before any animations are applied.
