unpauseAnimations method
Resumes currently running animations that are defined within the SVG document fragment.

This method has no parameters.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks
The animation clock resumes from the time when it was suspended.
