Copy and Paste a Formula from One Cell into Another

  1. Select the cell that contains the formula you want.

  2. Press CTRL+C.

    To replace the entire formula, select the cell whose formula you want to replace.

    To paste the formula into an existing formula, double-click the cell, and then click an insertion point where you want to paste the formula.

  3. Press CTRL+V

  4. Press ENTER to accept the formula.
