Gets the TfsTeamProjectCollection instance that is associated with the server at the specified URI and a fallback credentials provider.

Parameters
- uri
- Type: System.Uri
The URI of the server that is running Team Foundation Server.
- fallbackCredentialsProvider
- Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client.ICredentialsProvider
The credentials provider to use if the environment does not already supply one.
Return Value
Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client.TfsTeamProjectCollectionThe TfsTeamProjectCollection instance that is associated with the server at the specified URI with the specified credentials provider.
If a TfsTeamProjectCollection object that has the specified URI is in the cache, it is returned. If not, a new TfsTeamProjectCollection instance is created by using a credentials provider, if any, that is appropriate for the environment. The created TfsTeamProjectCollection object is put in the cache and associated with the URI that is resolved for the name.
