Reserved_1 (1 byte): A value that MUST be zero and MUST be ignored on receipt.

Reserved_2 (1 byte): A value that MUST be zero and MUST be ignored on receipt.

Version (1 byte): An 8-bit unsigned integer that identifies the protocol version. It MUST be 0x03.
