Performance Counter Name

Description

Commands Executed/sec

The rate at which database commands were executed.

Commands Failed/sec

The rate at which database commands failed to execute.

Connections Failed/sec

The rate at which database connections failed to open.

Connections Opened/sec

The rate at which database connections were opened.

A rate counter samples an increasing count of events over time and divides the values by the change in time to display a rate of activity. For more information about performance counters, see PerformanceCounterType Enumeration.
