By using a Virtual PC, developers can quickly begin their SharePoint development. It also provides a uniform environment for development teams. A time-limited evaluation virtual hard drive (VHD) is available. It contains Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP1 and Visual Studio 2008. You can use it with either Virtual PC or Virtual Server.
