2.2.2 Callback Address
The following is the message syntax for the Callback Address field used as a part of the Callback Configuration Options (section 2.2.3).

Address Type (1 byte): This field specifies the address type. A value of 0x01 specifies the address to be a PSTN/ISDN number. This MUST be set to 0x01, because this is the only supported address type.
Address (variable): This MUST be set to a null-terminated ASCII string representing the PSTN or ISDN number. When only the Address Type field is relevant in the message, this MUST be set to an empty null-terminated ASCII string.
