SignalGatherer

Note  This content applies to the Windows Logo Kit (WLK). For the latest information using the new Windows Hardware Certification Kit (HCK), see Windows HCK User's Guide on the Windows Hardware Dev Center.

Use the SignalGatherer parameter to notify DTM to invoke the specified gatherer on the next update. Updates happen normally whenever a job finishes executing or when the client reboots. If the client reboots in the middle of the job, the update will be done only at the job completion. This parameter functions only when WttCmd executes from a system context.

Syntax

wttcmd.exe /signalgatherer /gatherer:<gatherername>

ArgumentDescription

/Gatherer:<GathererName>

The name of the gatherer to invoke during the next update.

Examples

wttcmd.exe /SignalGatherer /Gatherer:DTM_BLOCK
