Use the Ping parameter to try to contact DTM on the specified computer. If the Ping parameter fails to contact DTM, no other DTM communications will succeed.

Syntax

wttcmd.exe /ping /target:<machinename>
Argument Description

/Target:<MachineName>

The name of the computer to ping.

 

Examples

wttcmd.exe /ping /target:MyComputer
wttcmd.exe /ping /target:MyComputer.Domain.Com
